  • Payment accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or approved methods
  • Subscription plans require monthly advance payment
  • Additional charges may apply for modifications or extensions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled service receive full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees. No-shows result in forfeiture of payment. Specific cancellation terms apply to subscription and event packages.

6. Vehicle Usage and Care

Permitted Use

  • Vehicles must be used for lawful purposes only
  • Smoking prohibited in all vehicles
  • Operating under influence of alcohol or drugs strictly forbidden
  • Geographic restrictions apply to certain vehicle categories

User Liability

Users are responsible for damage or loss occurring during their service period, excluding normal wear. Cleaning fees apply for excessive soiling. Users must report accidents immediately and cooperate with authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, remains property of apex mul or its licensors. This content is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Arbitration

Unresolved disputes after mediation shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with UAE Commercial Arbitration rules. Arbitration takes place in Dubai, UAE.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in service agreements. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for violations of these terms.

Effects of Termination

  • Access to services and accounts immediately suspended
  • Outstanding payments become due immediately
  • Certain provisions survive termination (payment, liability, disputes)

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through website notice or direct notification at least 30 days before implementation.
